| BATI's instructional program includes periodic legal updates. These updates are an important in the application of the principles taught in our classes. The current update contains case law summaries on confession law decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court, the California Supreme Court, the California's District Courts of Appeal, and the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. |
